Bun Maternity determines standard shipping rates from upon order and standard shipping rates apply. Website order shipping is free with orders over $50 *USA only.
Orders from the website are processed within 72 business hours and you will receive a confirmation with tracking information and shipping receipt within 72 business hours. We ship factory direct from Los Angeles, CA Monday-Friday.
Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday and on major holidays. Shipping resumes on Mondays.

***If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.***
A return fee of $3 per item, not to exceed a max of $9.00, may be deducted from your return refund amount. This is for shipping and restocking.
Bun Maternity will provide you with a return label via email. Just print and apply to the return package or USPS provided envelope. Bring to UPS drop off or USPS to send.
Please apply the RA# to the outside of your shipment.

Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address as provided on your original order.
Your return credit will be placed on the original form of payment and will appear on your next statement (generally same day or up to 3-5 days depending on your bank).
We will issue a code. This code does not expire. This code must be used at checkout to redeem your credit.
